Terms of Sales for MyGuest
1. Introduction
These Terms of Sales ("Terms") govern the purchase of content and services on the MyGuest platform ("Platform"). By purchasing any content or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not make any purchases on the Platform.
2. Purchases and Payments
2.1 Content and Services
Users ("Fans") can purchase access to content, subscriptions, and other services offered by creators ("Creators") on the Platform. Prices are set by the Creators and are subject to change at their discretion.
2.2 Payment Methods
Fans can pay for content and services using various payment methods accepted by the Platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and fees.
2.3 Billing
All payments are processed immediately at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, as specified at the time of purchase. You authorize MyGuest to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees, including renewals.
2.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your purchase, including any applicable sales or use taxes.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Recurring Billing
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price unless otherwise notified.
3.2 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on the Platform. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. You will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fee paid for the current subscription period.
4. Refunds
4.1 General Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. We do not provide refunds for content or services purchased on the Platform.
4.2 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or reversal with your payment method provider, your account may be terminated, and you may be liable for any resulting fees and expenses.
5. Content Access
5.1 License
When you purchase content on the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the content.
5.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or create derivative works of any content purchased on the Platform, unless expressly permitted by the Creator.
6. Creator Obligations
6.1 Delivery of Content
Creators are responsible for providing the content and services as described at the time of purchase. MyGuest is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the content provided by Creators.
6.2 Compliance
Creators must comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies when offering content and services. MyGuest reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any Creator who violates these Terms or Platform policies.
7. Changes to Terms
MyGuest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
